Performance Marketing Associate
What you'll do
- Working with the Marketing Manager, be the person responsible for the elaboration, execution and maintenance of online paid campaigns;
- Identify opportunities to propose and execute tests to optimize results on the acquisition funnel;
- Project effort and results for existing and potential new channels of acquisition;
- Work with the data team to improve measurement, attribution and incrementality visibility;
- Elaborate reports to discuss directly with international Directors;
- Collaborate with the design team to ideate creative approaches to business goals and create assets for your campaigns.
The ideal candidate has
- An analytical approach to data analysis;
- Understanding of what is possible and how to connect multiple marketing areas, such as CRO, CRM, SEO / Content and Social Media;
- Intimacy with the concept of acquisition funnel and how to optimize it;
- Deep experience with multiple online paid marketing channels, specially Meta Ads and Google Ads;
- Experience briefing assets for online campaigns;
- Experience with GA4;
- Understanding of tags and how GTM works.
And to count as bonus
- Practical experience with SEO;
- Practical experience with Content writing for SEO (to guide the other team);
- Practical experience with CRO;
- Worked with/at subscription-based SaaS products;
- Experience with product launch.
